  1. In today's latest Npower news - we will be discussing issues relating to Npower batch C physical verification because there is a lot of speculation going on regarding the date for Npower stream 1 physical verification so we decided to create this post to share more light on what might happen. So read on! The Npower management team used a different method to conduct the batch C Recruitment. Unlike the previous batch A and B Recruitment where Shortlisted Applicants were requested to visit their various LGA to check their names and if Shortlisted then proceed for physical verification, the Npower batch C Process is entirely different because the Applicants has the opportunity to know their Shortlisting status on the NASIMS Portal. For batch C, the new method of biometrics fingerprint verification might serve as what many are referring to physical verification at this stage of the process. If there will be any physical verification, it will be after the management has deployed the final 500,000 Successfully Shortlisted Applicants to their various state/LGA places of primary assignment. The fingerprint capturing authenticated an Applicants in various ways. It authenticates your BVN, bank account where your stipend will be paid to, and also Confirmed that you are a Nigerian as that are criteria for Enrolment for the Npower Programme. Nevertheless, Applicants are advised to keep their original credentials Handy should Incase they are called for Physical verification. As that might be after your deployment.
  2. It is no longer funny how some copy and paste websites out there will go all the way in formulating news just to deceive gullible Npower Applicants to click through to their website. You will agree with me that this act has put many Npower Applicants into a panic mode. A typical example of this is the news stating that Npower stream 2 will commence on the 15th of June 2021 which is not true. Nasims management has advised Applicants to always refer to their self-service portal for genuine updates. Read also Npower Batch C Stream 2 Commencement Date The same fake news carriers have now composed news that the NPower batch C stream 1 will commence physical verification on the 25th of June 2021. Kindly note that any information regarding Npower that is not been Confirmed via Nasims self-service portal and has not been posted on the Npower discussion group is not confirmed. Be informed that biometrics fingerprint verification for the stream 1 Shortlisted Applicants is still ongoing. Physical verification will commence when the verification is concluded. So disregard fake news that is not directly from the Npower Support team. You can check How To Chat With Npower Support Team Via NASIMS Portal Furthermore, we advise all Npower Applicants Shortlisted or yet to be Shortlisted to keep in contact with their Nasims profile for any changes as that is where all Enrolment process is performed.
  3. We have received a couple of questions from some shortlisted NPower batch C Applicants regarding their interest to change State and local government areas in their profile due to relocation. So we decided to answer their question by creating this post. So read on! One thing you must understand is that there is no relocation in the NPower programme. Applicants are selected and deployed to serve at their state and LGA of residence as such, Shortlisted Applicants are Selected base on local government area and State Selected during the Application Registration period. You may want to also check Here Is Why Npower Applicants With Low Test Score Were Shortlisted If para-venture you have relocated to another state or LGA within your Selected state and you are thinking of making a correction to reflect on your NPower Nasims portal profile. Do not do that if you have been shortlisted. Wait until you have been deployed to your place of primary assignment then contact your state focal person for a change of location rather than editing your profile now that is late. Remember that each of the local government areas was allocated a specific number of Applicants Shortlisted for the Npower batch C. NASIMS (N-Power) have clearly stated the reason behind the "check back later" message by informing the affected N-Power Batch C applicants, that the reason why the N-Power Batch C applicants keep receiving the check back later message is because the shortlisting process is still ongoing and more N-Power Batch C candidates will be contacted as at when due.
