We noticed that some Nexit Applicants who got called to receive Covid-19 Loan are now scared to receive the loan in order not to miss the Nexit loan. It is better to receive the covid-19 loan than to miss the loan if really you are going to put the fund into use for business purposes so that you can be able to pay back the loan.
Note that the Management of Nexit Programme has not given any update stating that Beneficiaries of the covid-19 loan will not benefit from Nexit loan. In our recent post Category Of Nexit Applicants To Likely Get High CBN Loan, we shared more light which may interest you.
Both the Covid-19 and Nexit loan is for business purposes, it is not the usual Npower Stipends that Exited Npower Volunteers use to receive. When you are opportune to benefit from any of the mentioned loans, you are expected to invest the money into a sustainable venture in order to make a profit and payback. See Link For NIRSAL CBN Covid-19 Loan Application
Whichever of the loan you are called to receive first, grab it with seriousness rather than letting it go. There are well-established businesses that can repay both loans. Nevertheless, if your business doesn't require a big amount of money to establish, go for the loan you can repay. At this point, you can let go of one. Read Why Exited Npower Volunteers Must Take Next Opportunity With Seriousness

The Good thing about the Nexit CBN Empowerment options is that apart from the monetary aspect, there are other training that Applicants will benefit from.

The Minister of state for labour, Festus keyamo has responded to reports stating that he commenced the Special Public Works programme by empowering the Youth with Cutlass and wheelbarrow, promoting agriculture as Poor reportage from a respectable newspaper. The tools are NOT FOR EMPOWERMENT. The tools belong to Govt and are what our everyday labourers use for work. The empowerment is the total of N60,000 they will be paid for the work in 3 months. Understand a programme before reporting it, he said.
Festus Keyamo, flagged off the Special Public Works Programme designed to engage 774,000 itinerant & unskilled workers in Nigeria for a period of 3 months in Abuja last week Tuesday.
The 774,000 jobs is basically for our everyday labourers to carry out community services. It would not be financially prudent if Govt were to spend billions for expensive equipments for 3-month jobs, then spend millions again training our labourers on how to use these equipments, he said.

There is no doubt that the disbursement of Nexit loan might be categorized According to the Applicants information on the Nexit portal. There are 4 Categories of Nexit Applicants, the ones who have established their business and registered the business with CAC after the Npower program, the ones who have established business but yet to register with CAC, we also have the once who have not established any business but are willing to start a business. The final category of Nexit Applicants is the ones who are not interested in anything other than permanency (Government work).
Whichever category you fall in, we believe there will be a space for every Applicant in the Nexit CBN Empowerment options according to your preference, since the NEXIT portal will help determine the suitability of the beneficiaries for the CBN affiliated programs & is dependent on their meeting the criteria & conditions set by the CBN for the said programs.
Before the Nexit Programme was initiated, the honorable Minister of Humanitarian affairs Sadiya Umar Farouq said that 109,000 among the 500,000 beneficiaries have gone to become business owners and some are already employers of labour. These 109,000 are the typical example of Nexit Applicants that fall in category 1&2 and may likely get high loan amounts to grow their business. So also those in other Category who meet CBN Requirements.
The NEXIT portal which was developed and launched by @FMHDSD in collaboration with the CBN will enable exited N-Power beneficiaries to log on and apply for the various economic, empowerment & entrepreneurship options provided by the apex bank. Interested N-Power exited beneficiaries should open the Link For Npower CBN NEXIT Empowerment Portal for more information.
According to FG, the Nexit Applicants will have the opportunity for CBN economic empowerment and entrepreneurship options such as the AGSMEIS loan & the Anchor Borrowers Program (ABP).

We have compiled Five things on today's Latest Npower News to keep you updated this Sunday. Read below:
    1) The N-Creative trainees Northern Zone who were preselected in 2019 after they had registered on the portal in the first batch of 2016 to commence training this January. The training was conducted for the Southern Zone in 2019 in Benin City, Edo State. While that of the Northern Zone will commence this January. Customized text messages have been sent to the phone numbers that they provided during registration and to their email addresses.
    2) The NSIP Support team has created a google form for Npower Beneficiaries batches A & B, who wants to change their email address or have issues related to email not functional or do not have access to it or can't log to fill the form and submit to get their issues fix. If you have the above mentioned issues with Nexit portal and have not fill the email update form,
    3) As regards to the information circulating that exited Npower Volunteers who has benefited from other CBN loan might not benefit from Nexit, the management of the N-Power Programme have not started anything regarding that. However you can read the Probability Of Other CBN Loan Beneficiaries Not Receiving Nexit Loan to know more
    4) The Minister of Humanitarian affairs, Sadiya Umar Farouq stated in her last update that the Exited Npower batches A and B should expect the Nexit loan disbursement soon.
    5) Npower in its new year message stated that alot will be happening this year.

We came across this rumor circulating that the Exited Npower Volunteers who benefited from other CBN Loan will not benefit from Nexit options so we decided to share this update with you. Whether the above rumor is true or not, we should wait for the Nexit team to answer the question.
However, any government loan that you see on media outlet, CBN transferred fund directly to the beneficiaries account and it is expected that those beneficiaries will pay back, such loans from the federal Government include COVID 19, NYIF, Market money, NIRSAL etc. All the beneficiaries for the above loans have their records with the CBN.
The fact is this is an automated payment system therefore, if the system detect that you have received a loan from CBN without paying back, it will automatically flag your account. It will be very difficult for loan defaulters to benefit from further loan from FG without repaying their old loans.
So for Npower beneficiaries those that have benefited from the above loans, there is likelihood that you may not get NEXIT loan from CBN but will be opportune to benefit from other options like the e-commerce training and others.
The only way beneficiaries can escape this is if the fund isn't coming from CBN direct.
We hope that the CBN Empowerment options will be equally beneficial to all.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports Development driven Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) has successfully completed its pilot disbursement of loans totaling N165,700,000.00 to 239 beneficiaries ahead of the processing of the over three million applications so far received.
The Fund, approved by the Federal Executive Council on July 22, 2020, is being implemented in partnership with the Central Bank of Nigeria, Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning and disbursed through the Nigeria Incentive-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL) Microfinance Bank NMFB.
Application data showed that a total of 3,120,107 have registered for the NYIF Pre-Assessment/Training to benefit from the N75 billion three-year financing for youth owned businesses and ideas.
Of the about 1000 processed as part of the pilot disbursement, a total of 94 were disqualified from the NYIF loan after training, as a result of existing COVID 19 or AGSMEIS loan that they have benefitted from.

A total of 500 applicants have been invited by NMEB to apply for the NYIF loan after training and successful due process check while loan application by the applicants is at various times and the application is open until the applicants are able to provide all the requirements and complete the process.
Out of he 500 invited for the loan application, only a total of 393 have completed the loan application process and applied for the loan out of which a total of 293 applied early and their loan was processed and sent to CBN for approval at a total sum of N191, 700.000.00.
On approval by CBN, a total of 239 have been successfully disbursed at a total sum of N165,700,000.00.
Explanation provided to the Ministry by NWFB gave reason for the disbursement to only 239, out of 293, as being because transfer failed to the account numbers of the affected applicants, due to the type of their account that does not receive deposit beyond a certain sum and system failure. These will be contacted and the process repeated.

The relatively low number of trained beneficiaries compared to the number of applications was as a result of the non-availability of funds as there was no budgetary provision for the exercise in the year 2020, which compelled the Ministry to provide the training within its existing capacity instead of using Entrepreneurship Development Institutes (EDIs).
The Ministry will scale up the number of applicants being trained once it onboards EDIs now that it has funds for training in the 2021 budget. The increased number of training will begin as soon as late January.
However, the process announced by the Ministry showed that applicants that have been screened for basic KYC and confirmed as not presently benefitting from similar initiatives from government would be invited to submit business proposals, following which those whose proposals meet the requirements for the loans would be selected for the free training and then be given the loans ranging from N250,000 for individuals to N3,000,000.00 for registered businesses.

Survivalfund Nigeria have released a press briefing warning Beneficiaries to stay away from portal requesting for beneficiaries account details to get N50,000. That portal is not known to us, said the PDO.
Read the Full press briefing below:
Our attention has been drawn to the activities of fraudsters parading themselves as operators of the Federal Government's Survival Fund scheme.
The syndicate operating a fraudulent portal with the link https://survivalfund-gov-ng.freefunds.xyz/#1609249530133 and (https: /bit.ly/FG-Survival-Fund) are asking unsuspecting members of the public to check their eligibility for the scheme by providing their account details on the portal in order to be paid N50,000 grant under the Survival Fund Scheme.
READ ALSO: FG To Expand Survival Fund To Reach More Beneficiaries - VP Osinbajo
It is pertinent to note that the Project Delivery Office (the coordinating office of the scheme) does not operate any such portal and beneficiaries do not require to go to the website to verify their eligibility for Federal Government's Survival Fund as indicated on the fraudulent portal.
Regular updates and reviews in the implementation of the MSMEs Survival Fund as approved by the Steering Committee (as have been done) will be communicated to prospective beneficiaries and the general public by the Project Delivery Office (PDO) through other means and not via any website or portal.
The website requesting beneficiaries’ account details is therefore a scam. The PDO does not operate any such portal and wishes to advise all Nigerians and beneficiaries of the different tracks of the Survival Fund to be wary and desist from having dealings with the operators of the site.
The authentic Survival Fund portal remains www.survivalfund.gov.ng. As customary with the PDO, members of the public will be informed about updates on the scheme whenever it is necessary.

Vice president Yemi Osinbajo said WE MUST FIND WAYS OF DOING MORE, MSMEs SURVIVAL FUND. FG Covid-19 Stimulus package impacts about a million already.
With the kind of impact and interest already generated among Nigerians by the ongoing implementation of the Survival Fund under the Economic Sustainability Plan, there is now a need to expand the scope and reach of the benefits to an even larger number of the populace, according to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN.
This hint was dropped at a virtual meeting held just before the Christmas holidays between Prof. Osinbajo and the Steering Committee of the MSMEs Survival Fund. The meeting was attended by Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment, Ambassador Mariam Katagum, Chairperson of the Committee; the Chairman of First Bank, Mrs Ibukun Awosika, the Committee's Vice Chairperson, among other members.

So far, the scheme has commenced disbursement to about 500,000 beneficiaries: the Payroll Support Scheme has paid close to 350,000 beneficiaries; almost 166,000 Of 300,000 Artisans have benefitted from the Artisan & Transport Scheme; and the Corporate Affairs Commission is ramping up numbers to register 250,000 new businesses free of charge.
By the end of December, an approximate of 400,000 Payroll Support beneficiaries would have received salaries for October to December, while structures have been put in place to commence the General Grants and the Guaranteed Offtake Scheme early next year.

Speaking on the implementation of the scheme and the need to expand the scope, the Vice President said “the data indicating what you have done so far shows that it is possible for government to deliver big programmes, and to deliver them credibly. And it is possible for people to actually benefit from government programmes especially with as little interference as possible from the political forces which is what has been the bane of several government programmes in the years past.”
Continuing, Prof. Osinbajo noted that, “I think that we must find ways of expanding the scope of the scheme, because when you look at the numbers that we have approval for, the numbers are small in comparison to the enormity of the problems that we are faced with.

“Even if we are able to reach 2 million beneficiaries, it is still a tiny percentage of the millions who require help and assistance. So, I think, we have to find ways of trying to seek an approval to expand the scope of the scheme. This is an important aspect of it.”
Commending the committee for their efforts in impacting the lives of beneficiaries of the Payroll Support, the Artisan and Transport grants as well as beneficiaries in other tracks of the scheme, the Vice President said the partnership with the private sector in the implementation of the scheme was notable.

Representative Hafiz Ibrahim Kawu raise a MOTION in the Plenary proceedings of the House of Representatives for Wednesday, December 16th, 2020. Call for Intervention in the ongoing Recruitment Exercise into the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) and the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS):
The House: Notes the ongoing recruitment exercise into the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NCDC) and the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) where 190,000 candidates applied for different cadres advertised for Degree, HND, NCE, OND and SSCE holders. Also notes that the first phase of the recruitment exercise is a Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) where the Civil Defence, Federal Fire Service, Immigration and Nigeria Correctional Services Board (CDFIPB) partnered with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to conduct.

Aware that the Computer Based Aptitude Test for recruitment into the Nigeria Immigration Service was held on 7 December 2020 while that of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) took place on 8 December 2020 in 126 centers across the 36 states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory and, out of the 190,000 candidates that applied, only 9,460 candidates were invited for the CBAT.
Disturbed that a survey conducted by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2012 revealed that out of the over 200 million Nigerians, only 4.5 percent of Nigerians own a computer and that over 95 percent of Nigerians lack access to a computer, thus, several or millions of Nigerians are not computer literate and have no access to computer systems.
Also disturbed that the computer-based test only favoured candidates who can operate computers as the Civil Defence, Federal Fire Service, Immigration and Correctional Services Board (CDFIPB) did not consider citizens who may not be skilled in computer operation by providing an alternative for handwritten examinations in order to provide a level playing ground for all candidates who applied; and Cognizant of the provision of Section 14 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 which states that "the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall be a state based on the principles of democracy and social justice.

    Resolves to:
    (i) Urge the Civil Defence, Fire, Immigration and Prisons Services Board (CDFIPB) to immediately suspend and/or cancel the Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) that was conducted on the 7 and 8 December, 2020 being discriminatory and contrary to the enshrined principles of fairness and social justice, and revert to the previous manner by which the said agencies have conducted recruitment exercises in the past; and
(ii) mandate the Committees on Interior and Federal Character to monitor the CDFIPB recruitment exercise and ensure strict compliance and adherence to the principles of fairness and social justice.
    Debate:
Rep. Kawu moved the motion calling for intervention in the on-going recruitment exercise into the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) and the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) and it was seconded by Rep. Abdulsalam Umara.
Rep. Kawu stated that the motion seeks to cover those who will be recruited as drivers, cleaners, security guards etc. who do not have the computer literacy being demanded. He pleaded with members for the motion to be adopted.
Rep. Ibrahim Olanrewaju in speaking against the motion stated that the minimum requirement for the lowest cadre will be at least S.S.C.E and everyone at that level ought to be computer literate. He stated that adopting the motion as it is would be tantamount to taking the country backwards.

Rep. Abdulrazak Namdas spoke in support of the motion that the exercise for military firms deals more with physical fitness than intellectual and computer literacy and no one should be left out.
The Speaker of the House, Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila clarified that having read the debate, the motion is not trying to lower the threshold, but it seeks to accommodate those in the rural areas without Internet access.
Rep. Oghene Egoh reminded members that all the exams whose certificates form the basic requirements are all computer-based and the motion’s prayer is misleading as even those in the rural areas partake in JAMB and SSCE which both apply computer-based examinations.
Rep. Nkeiruka Onyeajeocha called on members to let the standing committee of the House to handle the issue and leave out setting up an Ad-Hoc committee.
Rep. Chidi Momah called for the House Committee on reformatory institutions to be added to the investigation.
Rep. Ahmed Jaha proposed an amendment to prayer 2 of the motion to mandate the affected committees to investigate and report back to the House within six weeks.
The motion was voted on and adopted as amended.

On today's latest Npower news, the Government of Nigeria has given a new update regarding nexit opportunities. According to the update shared on Twitter by the Nigeria Government, which states that the central bank of Nigeria in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has developed a portal to enable exited npower_ng beneficiaries to log on and apply for the various CBN economic empowerment and entrepreneurship options such as:
The AGSMEIS loan The Anchor Borrowers Program (ABP) and BOI GEEP loan AGSMEIS is a federal government intervention funding scheme through CBN that promotes Agric businesses as a vehicle for sustainable economic development and employment generation.

Anchor Borrowers’ Program (ABP): The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in line with its developmental function established the Anchor Borrowers’ Program (ABP). The Program which was launched by President Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR) on November 17, 2015, is intended to create a linkage between anchor companies involved in the processing and smallholder farmers (SHFs) of the required key agricultural commodities. The program thrust of the ABP is the provision of farm inputs in kind and cash (for farm labor) to smallholder farmers to boost production.
If you look at the above statement carefully, you will know that the Nigeria youth investment fund NYIF could be part of the CBN Nexit opportunities.
The Government of Nigeria has advised Interested N-Power exited beneficiaries to log on to the CBN portal for more information. The NEXIT portal URL is https://nexit-fmhds.cbn.gov.ng
What we are hoping for is to see that volunteers are not discriminated against based on their age if not, many volunteers will not meet the criteria.

There is this fake portal link posing to be an N-POWER GRANT portal. Beware Of Fake Npower Fund Grant! There is no where that N-Power have stated that he is providing volunteers with grant. Shine your eyes so you won't get scammed.
Stay away from links that will ask you to check to see if you have been selected to receive #30,000 as Part of N-POWER FUND GRANT as seen in the image below:
The only authentic Registration that is ongoing right now is the Nexit Registration for the Exited volunteers and the link is https://nexit.fmhds.cbn.gov.ng
The Npower batch C Recruitment is still pending. No one has been shortlisted yet. So take note so you won't be scam.

The NEXIT portal Dashboard has three sections which comprise the record update, edit status, and check exit status. The most feared section by the Applicants I believe is the check Exit section. Open Here to learn how to update your NEXIT portal record correctly
I understand your worries as a Npower Volunteer, the fear of anything exit is the beginning of wisdom. The NPVN portal has taught many Npower Volunteers that exit is no go area.
Unlike the NPVN portal exit section, the NEXIT portal check exit status section is where Applicants follow up on the progress of their application.
When you visit the NEXIT portal to check exit status, your status shows pending at the moment which means your application is under review which when fully verified then you can move forward to the next step.
NEXIT portal brings closure to N-power Batches A and B, the announcement of the launch of the NEXIT portal does not just signpost a fitting finale to the drawn-out transition and exit process for Batch A and B. It will provide Exited Npower Volunteers the opportunity to access CBN Empowerment options.

The exited beneficiaries must provide the required information for placements into CBN‘s intervention options. The NEXIT portal will determine the suitability of applicants and access would be granted upon meeting the criteria and conditions set by the CBN.
The check Exit Status of the NEXIT portal is where you can follow up on the progress of your application. However, avoid too much Clicking on all sections so you don't get your account blocked. I guess you wouldn't want to start the trouble of contacting the NSIP Team for reactivation.
Visit How To Successfully Sign Up For Npower NEXIT Opportunities to see how you can apply for the NEXIT Programme.

If you have registered on the Nexit portal! And yet to get a verification email, login to resend the verification link. There is an option for verification resend. If you try this and you still did not receive verification email, send the information below to N-SIP Team.
If you are an Exited Npower batches A and B volunteer and you tried to Sign Up on the NEXIT portal and the portal could not recognize your email or you no longer have access to your email or if in the course of Registration, you run into a situation you can not fix, send the following informations below to: support@n-sip.gov.ng.

The Npower Exited Beneficiaries have called on the Nexit portal managers to as a matter of urgency rectify the issue of non-delivery of verification email to Beneficiaries mail inbox to enable them to activate their NEXIT portal Account so that they can proceed with the Nexit Application proper.
Since the launch of the portal a few days ago, Applicants have been having restless days trying to fix the issue of email verification. Some of them get their NEXIT Account blocked due to multiple emails resend in order to get the verification mail after a successful Registration. Activation mail has a limit which when exhausted, you would need to contact support before you can even activate your account again.

During the Registration, ‘Sign up’ is the initial step and not the only step. The Sign-up enables verification of your identities to ensure you are a Batch A or B Npower Beneficiary before granting you access to the available opportunities.
The Applicants are in panic mode already. So, they are calling on the management to make an official statement regarding the registration process to calm the situation down.

The Honorable Minister of Humanitarian affairs Sadiya Umar Farouq Review her week in 8 paragraph (6th December 2020). Details below:
According to the Minister, Monday I attended a press briefing in commemoration of the 2020 International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The theme for this year is "Building Back better: Toward a Disability-Inclusive, Accessible and Sustainable post-Covid-19 world."
I was gratified to see that the theme's focus is on ensuring that PWDs are equipped and empowered for inclusive, accessible and sustainable development, envisaged in the post-COVID-19 World.
I am also delighted that the FG is fully on board. In committing to the realization of the 2030 agenda for sustainable development. The FG will do its best to cater to the needs of all citizens; PWDs inclusive for National Development, with no one, left behind.

On Wednesday, I led a seven-man delegation on a condolence visit to Borno State to commiserate with the families and communities of the 43 farmers gruesomely murdered on their rice farms in the Zabarmari community in the Jere Local Government Area of the state.
I expressed the FG's shock and sadness at such a gruesome and dastardly act committed by Boko Haram insurgents. During the visit, | handed over sundry food items to support families that have been impacted and who have lost their breadwinners.
On Thursday, | joined other high profile quests in commemorating the 2020 International Day of Persons with Disabilities #IDPWD during which | noted the FG's commitment to PWDs as evident in the setting up of the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities.
was also in Imo State to flag off the FG's rural women grant. A grant of N20,000 will be disbursed to over 150,000 indigent rural women across the 36 States of the Federation and the FCT. The grant is expected to increase access to financial capital required for economic activities.
This week @fmhds_ng hosted a 3-day retreat for the National Humanitarian Coordination Technical Working Group in Kano State.

Why Exited Npower Volunteers Must Take the Nexit Opportunity initiated by the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs in collaboration with the Central bank of Nigeria Seriousness even though the main objectives have not been made clear.
From the look of all things, the NEXIT Programme for the Exited Npower Volunteers seems like a massive project, since it is connected to the almighty millions of Naira CBN website https://cbn.gov.ng.
Npower Programme has been recognized as the biggest youth Empowerment Programme in Africa with about 500,000 Beneficiaries in the first and second batch. 1 Million volunteers to be Enroll for the third batch According to the management.

At a time that the Nigeria youth need Employment, NEXIT Programme will go a long way to reduce unemployment if well initiated. That is why the Beneficiaries must not take this opportunity for granted.
The NEXIT Portal https://nexit-fmhds.cbn.gov.ng is genuine, never a Scam as some think, and 100 percent secure. The subdomain "next-fmhds" is directly connected to the CBN Website https://cbn.gov.ng. You can now imagine how secure it is for those so protective of personal identity such as BVN. Do not let anyone deceive you, do what you have to do in making sure that you are not left out.
The NEXIT CBN Empowerment options I believe will prevent those who will be benefiting from going back to the street.

During the Registration, ‘Sign up’ is the initial step and not the only step. The Sign-up enables verification of your identities to ensure you are a Batch Aor B N-power Beneficiary before granting you access to the available opportunities.
To make things clearer, your personal data in your NPVN profile is directly exported into the NEXIT portal and can only recognise your exact data which you input during "Sign-up". Anything different will be seen as an error.
After Sign-up, do not continue to request for resending of Activation mail as it has a limit which when exhausted, you would need to contact support before you can even activate your account again. So, do not worry, e-mail verification/Account activation issue is affecting everyone and it's being worked on.

The public is hereby informed that WAEC has concluded an arrangement with NIPOST for the delivery of certificates to candidates who have written WAEC Exams and are yet to collect their certificates.

    2. Sworn affidavit: a court of law.
    3. A photocopy of result print out from WAEC website
    4. N25, 000.00 (overseas) excluding postage

This is an advise to Exited Npower Volunteers who want to benefit from the CBN Empowerment options. Ignore rumors purported by some individuals stating that the Nexit portal is fake, which is circulating on social media.
The Nexit portal https://nexit-fmhds.cbn.gov.ng Portal Is Real And Note Fake. Anyone who tells you that the Nexit portal is fake is trying to deceive you from benefiting from the programme.
Below are evidence to show you how authentic the Nexit portal is:
1.) The day that Nexit Programme was launched, the HM Sadiya Umar Farouq disclosed the portal in a briefing held by the Humanitarian affairs ministry, those who are in doubt should go and watch the video.
2.) The SA Media to the Minister of Humanitarian affairs publicly shared the NEXIT portal URL address on her Twitter handle after the unveiling of the portal. Those who are still in doubt should go to NNEKA IKEM Twitter to check the probe.
3.) Anyone who is in his right sense will know that the Nexit portal was a collaboration of the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and CBN because the NEXIT portal https://nexit.fmhds.cbn.gov.ng is a subdomain of https://cbn.gov.ng which is the original website of the central bank of Nigeria.
If you are having difficulty in accessing the NEXIT portal, Here Is What You Should Do to help find solutions.

The Npower NEXIT Portal seems to be functioning better than when it was launched but the portal still has some issues. It is not yet functioning perfectly reason be that most Volunteers that registered today are yet to receive a verification email to activate their account after registration.

Our observation is that the management of the portal is still working to perfect the portal. Remember the Honorable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Sadiya Umar Farouq stated in her latest update that the portal will be up and running before or on Sunday after the portal went on Maintenance mode.
Our recommendation is that when you successfully register on the Nexit portal and you didn't receive a verification email, try to login with the email and password you registered with to resend the email verification again, and if that doesn't work then we suggest you wait patiently for the management to rectify the issue.
The verification mail will come to you later or you will be directed on what next to do. The NEXIT PORTAL is still experiencing some technical issues which will be sorted out in due time.

Exited NPOWER VOLUNTEERS are to use THE SAME EMAIL they used in registering for Npower and which is recorded on their Npower profile to register on the NEXIT PORTAL. It is not necessary you use NPVN password for NEXIT but mandatory to use NPVN email for NEXIT.
For those that can not access that same email, reasons being that it has been blocked or suspended, endeavor to direct your inquiries to the support team email: support@n-sip.gov.ng.
If you don't have access to your Npower email anymore or you encounter a problem while registering in the NEXIT portal, especially for those with the defunct Mail@naij.com, you should kindly send the issues to support@n-sip.gov.ng by clearly indicating the following:
Your former email address and your new email address Npower ID/Program NOTE: You should properly indicate in the subject of your email the problem when sending an inquiry mail to the NSIP Support team.

It is no longer news that the Npower CBN NEXIT portal is functioning now even though there are still issues regarding email verification, those who successfully pass through the email verification stage and were able to login to the portal home page disclosed that the listed questions below are some of the things they are being asked to fill.

There is no better time that validates reasoning behind the creation of the ministry than now. “The ministry has at these times of emergencies and national need relentlessly led efforts in the implementation of a series of coordinated interventions targeted specifically to ease the burden of vulnerable socio-economic segments of the country, before, and during Covid-19 lockdown.” Speaking further, Farouq said: “In line with Mr. President’s directive to expand the National Social Register, we have developed a strategy for targeting the urban poor. This register will use existing databases from the National Communications Commission (NCC), and the Bank Verification Number (BVN) from the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIBSS). Here we are collaborating with the Central Bank of Nigeria, and the Ministry of Communication and Digital Economy.”

The Npower 36 States And FCT Representatives have released 4 New demands called NEXIT A Delay Strategy by the Ministry of Humanitarian affairs.
Read Details of the 36 States and FCT Npower reps statement below:
*DELAY TACTICS LAUNCHED AGAIN BY THE FEDERAL MINISTRY OF HUMANITARIAN AFFAIRS, DISASTER MANAGEMENT AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT.*
The Press released on Friday, 27th November, 2020 by the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs is another delay tactics just like the Transition form we filled earlier.
No NEXIT portal has been created as claimed by the Ministry. What is now the importance of the TRANSITION FORM the Ministry asked volunteers to fill earlier? They are just trying to buy more time and they don't have meaningful plan for us.
Even the CBN program was not explained and they purposely announced the abstract NEXIT Portal so that we won't embark on National protest in December. We say NO to another delay tactics from the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs.

We nave decided to embark on National Peaceful Protest across all the 36 States and FCT in December which will be announced officially through a Facebook Live Chat on our official Facebook page and to explain how it will go.
    BELOW IS OUR REQUEST:
    1. The 36 States and FCT N-Power Representatives request that they be brought and shown the template of the purported Transition.
    2. The Transition ( whether absorption into Government agencies or meaningful grants (600,000 or above for entrepreneurship) must be ready.
    3. Payments of over 14, 000 Unpaid Volunteers from the Month of March to July, 2020 must begin immediately as all documents needed for this has been supplied by the volunteers 2 months ago.
    4. All Batch B devices and some batch A devices must be delivered immediately as this forms part of the agreement of engagement.
Nothing short of the above request will be accepted, they concluded.

The Minister of Humanitarian affairs, Sadiya Umar Farouq in her weekly activities review share and update on Sunday 29th November 2020. In her review, she talked about the newly launched Npower NEXIT CBN Empowerment Portal.
According to the Minister, I am also happy to announce that during the week we notched up a key milestone towards providing seamless exit for Batch A and B N-power beneficiaries. Working with the Central Bank, we have arrived at a workable solution. I am grateful to the CBN governor.
The NEXIT portal which was developed and launched by #FMHDSD in collaboration with the CBN will enable exited N-Power beneficiaries to log on and apply for the various economic, empowerment & entrepreneurship options provided by the apex bank.
The NEXIT portal will help us determine the suitability of the beneficiaries for the CBN affiliated programs & is dependent on their meeting the criteria & conditions set by the CBN for the said programs. | thank past beneficiaries for their service, patience & understanding.

The Minister also review other activities that happened during the week. She said I have been deeply saddened by the needless and violent loss of lives in Borno State. The attack by Boko Haram insurgents on helpless farmers is cowardly and reprehensible.
All of us #FMHDSD condole with HE Governor Umara Zulllum, the people of Koshobe and Zabarmari as well as the entire Borno State. May Allah grant the departed Jannatul Firdausi and their families the fortitude to bear the loss. Ameen
On Wednesday I attended the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting alongside other cabinet colleagues during which I made a presentation on ending statelessness. It was presided over by the President Muhammad Buhari. It was a Joint Council Memo of the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development #FMHDSD with the Ministry of Interior to end Statelessness in Nigeria.
We made the point that the approval of the National Action Plan will demonstrate Nigeria's strong commitment to implementing the Abidjan Declaration of ECOWAS Member States on the Eradication of Statelessness.
I also drew attention to how the COVID-19 pandemic has worsened the plight of millions of stateless persons worldwide and called on President Buhari to include and protect stateless populations by approving the National Action Plan.

I am happy to announce that the Joint Council Memo was well received and that a National Action Plan to end statelessness in line with Article 15 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights has been approved.
That same Wednesday | joined the VP Prof Yemi Osinbajo and HM Foreign Affairs Geoffrey Onyeama in receiving the UK Special Envoy on Humanitarian Affairs Nick Dyer, UK High Commissioner Catriona Laing and other members of the UK delegation.
On Thursday I visited Ondo and Ekiti States to flag off the FG grant to rural women and carry out the symbolic cash distribution as part of ongoing efforts to provide broad social safety nets for the poor and vulnerable in our societies.
I also took out time in the company, of HE Governor Kayode Fayemi, to commission a 208 Bed Transit Home for victims of Domestic Violence & Abuse in Ekiti. It was significant for me as it took place as we were marking activities directed at ending Gender Based Violence.
I have been impressed by HE Kayode Fayemi's administration's holistic approach to GBV issues fro victims getting justice to punishing perpetrators while providing safe heavens & immediate succor to enable abused women to get the best out of life.
    Have a good week.

The disagreement between the two ministers, according to a top source, has further confirmed insinuations that there was division among top aides of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, Sadiya Umar Farouq, was on Wednesday involved in a heated argument with her Communications and Digital Economy colleague, Isa Ali Pantami, during the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The disagreement between the two ministers, according to a top source, has further confirmed insinuations that there was division among top aides of President Muhammadu Buhari.
SaharaReporters gathered that trouble started after Pantami presented his ministry's planned activities for approval, which included the mapping and registration of Internally Displaced Persons across the country.
Immediately after the Communication Minister’s submission, a furious Farouq raised her hand to speak and exoress objection to the approval for such activities pending review and approval from her ministry.
It was learnt that the President was inclined to agree with Sadia, considering the supervisory role of Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs on IDPs but Pantami strongly objected to the opposition of Farouq, reminding her of the statutory power and role of the National Identity Management Commision in capturing and registering citizens, IDP or not.
The Communication’s Minister broke the camels back when he flaunted a letter written by his ministry to Farouq’s office on October 15, 2020 with no response a month after.
It was at this point that the President went ahead and approved the memo from Pantami, granting the go ahead from NIMC to capture the IDPs.
SaharaReporters gathered that Farouq, who had always used her closeness to President Buhari to intimidate, manipulate and harass her fellow ministers was humbled.
A source said the minister openly wept immediately after the meeting, accusing Pantami of disgracing her before the President and other colleagues.
“Farouq is very afraid, she has this fear that the capturing is capable of exposing the corruption usually perpetrated in the name of IDPs,” the source said.
